Tempura Fried Shrimp

Remove the shells of the Jiwei shrimp, and keep the last section of the shrimp shell at the tail

Beat the eggs and set aside.

Wrap a layer of starch, a layer of egg liquid, and a layer of bread crumbs;

Add oil to the pot and heat it to 50% heat;

Put the shrimp covered in breadcrumbs,

Tips:
The last section of the shrimp shell is reserved for deep-fried, and the shape is better.
