Tempura Sushi

Add appropriate amount of sushi vinegar, salt, and black sesame seeds to the cooked rice while it is hot, stir well, cool to cool and set aside. After the lettuce is washed, drain the water and tear it into strips for use.

Spread the bamboo curtain on the cutting board, and then put a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain.

After coating the crabs, turn the seaweed over, add lettuce, tempura shrimp, cheese, and salad dressing, and squeeze it into a bamboo curtain.

Cut the long sushi rolls into 1.5 cm wide sushi, and the pallet can be served. When you eat it, you can mix it with a dipping sauce made of sushi vinegar and wasabi. It has a different oriental flavor.
