Tender Corn Breakfast Pie
1.
The tender corn is rubbed into corn syrup with a wiper. It does not matter if there are small particles. It is best to choose very tender corn, which will produce very few particles.
2.
Break in two eggs; the addition of eggs not only increases the smooth and tender taste, but also adds nutrients to children's breakfast.
3.
Add flour and stir to make a uniform batter. If you feel that the batter is a bit dry, add some water and stir evenly.
4.
Peel the chives, wash and chop them, add a little salt and chopped green onions to the batter and mix well.
5.
Brush a thin layer of oil on the electric baking pan, introduce the stirred corn and egg batter, heat the electric baking pan up and down, medium temperature, cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
6.
Open the top cover, if there is little batter, the heat may not have any effect, just turn it over and cook it. My cake has more batter, and both the upper and lower heat are strong, and the direct baking is perfect.
7.
Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. Tender corn should be as tender as possible, and the pulp will be more delicate.
2. Mix the flour slowly, not too dry, otherwise the taste will not be good.
3. If there is little pulp, add a small amount of cold water.
