Tender Egg Custard

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, beat them up, and stir well.

Add chopped shallots and shrimp skin
3.
Add 2 times the amount of water to the egg liquid and mix well
4.
Bring the steamer water to a boil, then sit on the steamed egg mixture
5.
Steam for ten minutes on high heat, then out of the pot.
Tips:
The eggs must be fully broken up, otherwise it will affect the tender and smooth taste.
