Tender Jade Tofu Soup

1. Wash the tofu and cut into small pieces. Boil it in boiling water and fish out;

2. Chop the ham into minced pieces, wash the cabbage and shallots, and chop the stalks and leaves separately;

3. Put an appropriate amount of starch in a small bowl, clean water, and make water starch for later use;

4. Pour oil in the pan to heat, put the chopped green onion in the pan, pour the chopped cabbage and stir fry;

5. Pour in purified water, add blanched tofu, add salt and pepper, and boil over high heat; if you use broth instead of purified water, the effect will be better;

6. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, add water starch, and stir fry carefully;

7. When the soup is thick, sprinkle in chopped ham and add chicken essence.
