Tips:
Making Teriyaki Sauce:
1. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil over high heat, put 1/3 onion, ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of cinnamon, and 1 aniseed into the pot, and cook for about 3 minutes
2. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar in sequence, the ratio is 1:2:3:4 (the cooking wine and sugar can be adjusted according to personal taste)
3. After the high heat is boiled, collect the juice on a low heat.
