Teriyaki Chicken Drumstick Rice

Remove the bones of two chicken legs, add salt, sugar, pepper, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, green onion ginger, garlic slices, and marinate for at least half an hour.

Do not put the oil in the pan and fry it with the skin facing down to make it slightly yellow.

Then turn it over and fry for another half a minute, add the marinated chicken leg sauce, cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Then take out the chicken thighs and add a thin gorgon sauce as the soul sauce to be poured on the chicken thighs.
Tips:
It is best to pierce a few eyes on the chicken skin, because the skin will shrink when heated.
