Teriyaki Sauce

1. Wash chicken thigh bones → put into the middle of the oven.

2. Bake at 250°C until the surface turns yellow.

3. Put it in the pot with other ingredients → cook on low heat until the sugar is melted.

4. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes → remove the chicken thigh bones.
