Wontons with fresh meat and chicken soup on a rainy day couldn't be better, both delicious and warm. The chicken broth uses freshly boiled chicken thigh bones, and the simplest pork and green onion filling is used as the filling for the wontons. The meat filling is made by the home cooking machine, and it tastes more fragrant than the freshly bought meat filling.

Wontons with Fresh Chicken Soup

1. Add water to the special powder and knead it into a smooth dough for 30 minutes. During the process of 饧 noodles, knead it every 10 minutes, the dough will become more and more delicate.

16. Add vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, shrimp skin, chopped green onion, coriander and seaweed to the bowl in turn

Tips:

The noodles used to make wontons must be softer, and the skins of wontons must be rolled out as thin as possible. The wontons made this way are more delicious.
