Thai Curry Shrimp

Shrimp / cooking wine / fish sauce / egg / noodle pink curry paste / coconut milk / curry powder / butter / sugar

Cut off the shrimp silk, cut the shrimp back, and remove the shrimp thread.

Pour in cooking wine and fish sauce and marinate for 2 hours.

Beat the eggs.

Spread a little oil on the bottom of the pan.

Dip the prawns in egg liquid, wrap them in flour, and fry them back down until they are set.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Melt the butter.

Add the red curry paste and mix well.

Pour in coconut milk and stir.

Add curry powder, a small bowl of water, and sugar, and mix well.

Pour in the fried shrimp and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

Remove and serve.

Pour in the remaining egg liquid and fry until it is slightly thick and viscous.
