Thai Green Curry Chicken Nuggets

Cut the chicken thigh into pieces and marinate for a while with salt and pepper; cut potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers into pieces for later use

Put a little oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the green curry until fragrant. Then add the chicken nuggets and stir fry until the meat is white. Add water to cover the chicken nuggets, then add coconut milk and fish sauce. After boiling, let it sit on low heat for 15 minutes. According to personal taste, add a little rock sugar and salt to taste.
