Thai Pork Knuckle

Wash pig hands and remove hair;

Cut the pig hand into pieces;

Put a proper amount of water in the pot and boil, put in the pig's knuckles and boil for about 30 minutes, and remove the foam;

Take out the pig's hand and let it cool;

Cut the lemon into two slices, and squeeze out the lemon juice from the remaining half of the lemon;

Cut the onion into shreds, and cut the pepper into small pieces for later use;

Put 5 tablespoons of Thai sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, lemon juice, lemon, shredded onion, white sugar, salt, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a bowl and mix well;

Boil water in another pot, add to the boiled pork knuckles after cooling, and cook for about 20 minutes. It looks almost mature.

Tips:
1. Pork knuckles can be boiled at one time to seven or eight mature, which can save time and reduce steps;
2. When soaking pork knuckles, you can turn the noodles properly so that the pork knuckles can fully absorb the sauce;
3. The broth of boiled pig's feet can be used to cook noodles, and it is also good.
