Thai Seafood Noodle

Soak the pork bones in clean water for 30 minutes, changing the water 2-3 times in between.

Peel the tomato and cut into small pieces, slice the lemon, rinse the lemongrass and put it in the brine box, wash the coriander, and finely chop.

Shrimp pick the shrimp thread, cut the shrimp gun and the legs.

Wash the clams in the sand, clean the squid, and cut the wheat ears with a knife; put it in a pot of boiling water and blanch it.

Put the noodle soup in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
