Thai Style Chicken Feet

Remove the nails from the chicken feet and wash them for later use.

Chicken feet under cold water, put onion, ginger, star anise, pepper, bay leaves, cooking wine!
After the water is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 13 minutes, take out the chicken feet and wash with cold water (you can remove the chicken bones, depending on personal preference...)
