Thai Style Chicken Thigh with Lotus Beans

Process the chicken thighs first, cut them into pieces and marinate them with light soy sauce, sugar, thirteen spices, and sesame oil for preparation.

Add appropriate amount of Thai sauce into a bowl, then add a little sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice, and pepper.

Heat a pan with a proper amount of olive oil and add ginger slices.

Then add the marinated chicken thighs.

Fry until browned on both sides.

Put the red peppers cut into small pieces and fry them together.

Pour in the prepared sauce, add a pinch of salt and simmer for a while.

Add the pickled snow peas.

Stir fry evenly.

Put a little coriander at the end and turn off the heat.
