Thai Style Pineapple Fried Rice

1. Wash the outer surface of the pineapple and cut it off by a third lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh from the edge.

2. Marinate the shrimp with 3 grams of cooking wine and 1 gram of salt for 5 minutes.

3. Beat the eggs into egg liquid, put oil in the pot, add the egg liquid and fry until cooked, set aside. Heat oil in the pot, add the marinated shrimp and stir-fry until they are broken, set aside.
