Thai Style Pineapple Fried Rice

Wash the outer surface of the pineapple and cut it off by a third lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh from the edge.

Marinate the shrimp with 3 grams of cooking wine and 1 gram of salt for 5 minutes.
