Thai Style Pineapple Seafood Fried Rice
1.
Cut the pineapple at 1/4 without peeling it. Be careful. The pineapple is hard. Of course, stand up the pineapple and cut it from the leaves. I won’t say this trick.
2.
Take out the pineapple meat. As the god of cooking, I use a knife to cut the pineapple into small pieces. Don’t dig too much, leaving the pineapple as a container.
3.
Put oil in the pot, sauté the minced garlic, then put the Thai rice down and fry it. Remember to wash the rice first and drain the water.
4.
Stir-fry the rice until it's white is almost the same, in fact, it is fragrant.
5.
Wait until the rice is fried, add hot water to boil, then add in chicken cubes, shiitake mushrooms and green beans (you can add some shrimp, squid, scallops and other seafood here if you like). If you have a heavy mouth, add Thai curry. There is chili powder.
6.
After boiling, close the lid and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. After the water is simmered, add a little salt, pepper and sugar and stir fry. When the water evaporates, it is almost the same.
7.
Quickly put the diced pineapple and red pepper and stir-fry, and it's ready to be out of the pot, just put it in the pineapple.
