Thai Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Remove the shells of the shrimps, save the tails, pick out the sausage from the back, clean them, and drain the water for later use

Wash the onion, ginger, garlic and French incense separately, and chop finely

Pour grape seed oil into the pot, heat to 50% heat, add the onion, ginger and garlic and sauté

Pour in the fresh prawns, stir fry until the prawns turn red, pour in Thai sweet chili sauce and tomato sauce, stir fry evenly, so that each prawn is covered with sweet chili sauce
