Divide the filling and shortbread into six equal parts
4.
Divide the oily skin dough into six equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and proof for 15 minutes. The proofing can make the dough unfold better.

Complete the remaining five parts in turn, press flat, and brush a layer of water or egg liquid or butter on the surface. I brushed the water, so the fire is white after the grilling. After brushing the water, the layer of sesame is sticky, and put it into the gold plate and put it into preheating. The oven, the upper and lower fire 180 degrees, the lower and middle level for 18 minutes

The open crisp is great

With a cup of tea, the pleasant afternoon begins!
Tips:
1. The oil crust in this recipe uses high-gluten flour, so the crisping is more distinct, and the fire made from high-gluten flour is stronger. If you like crispy, you can use medium-gluten flour
2. I prefer the taste of soy flour. If you don’t like it, don’t add it. Reduce the amount of honey.
