Wash the cauliflower, remove the leaves and leave the top part of the flower. Put it into a blender and break it and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Put the roasted cauliflower into a tea towel or gauze, squeeze out as much vegetable juice as possible and put it in a bowl

Add the ground almonds, dried oregano, dried basil, eggs, salt and pepper to the cauliflower and stir well

Spread parchment paper on a round baking tray and sprinkle with oil, pour the cauliflower mixture into the flat, bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown, preheat the oven at 240°C

After taking out the bottom of the pie and letting it cool, spread the tomato sauce, add mozzarella cheese, cherry tomato slices, chopped basil leaves or parsley and black pepper, and bake for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Tips:
You can sprinkle some fresh basil leaves before eating, the taste will be better. You can also add other fruits and vegetables as a match according to your own preferences~~
