# The 4th Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival # Kitty Cat Yogurt Mousse Cake
1.
The 6-inch chiffon slices are divided into three slices. Use scissors to cut out a slice of cake slightly smaller than the mold. (Originally two pieces were prepared, but only one piece was used in the end)
2.
Pour homemade yogurt and 50 grams of powdered sugar into a container and stir until melted.
3.
Soak 10 grams of gelatine tablets in cold water to soften.
4.
In a small milk pot, add 70 grams of water and soaked gelatin and heat it into a liquid.
5.
Pour into the yogurt paste and mix well.
6.
Add the lemon juice, mix well, and chill in the refrigerator until slightly thickened.
7.
Pour whipped cream into a container, add caster sugar and beat to 6 to distribute.
8.
Mix well with the refrigerated yogurt paste.
9.
Take a teaspoon each and add red and yellow food colorings.
10.
Put the red and yellow mousse paste on the bow of the kitty mold (the bow is slightly tilted and lay flat) and the nose with a small spoon, and freeze in the refrigerator for one minute.
11.
Take out, pour a layer of mousse paste, and spread cake slices. (This silicone mold is relatively soft, so I put it directly in the outer packaging to hold it well)
12.
Pour the remaining mousse and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
13.
After taking it out the next day, it will be demoulded directly. Then fill the eyes and beard with the melted black art
