Pizza crust: 5g instant yeast, 100ml warm water, 175g high-gluten flour, 1g salt, 10g sugar, 10g butter.

Cover with a damp cloth. Wake up to 2 times the size.

After 45 minutes, knead the dough for a while, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Prepare a pizza plate. (I don’t have a pizza plate, I use a regular steel plate instead of a layer of butter)
