2. I have tried other brands of steamed meat noodles, but I do not recommend theirs.
3. When choosing a container, it is best to choose one with good heat transfer performance, which can shorten the steaming time. I think the one I chose is too thick, so it took two hours to steam it. Thinner aluminum containers don’t take so long. You don’t need to steam it over water. If you have a lid, you don’t need to worry about the water spilling into the bowl. You can steam it in boiling water. Remember to check it every half an hour to avoid dry steaming.
