New version of Caesar Salad video. Many people think that Caesar salad is the salad that the Emperor Caesar in ancient Rome ate. In fact, this dish has only less than a hundred years of history since its invention. In the 1920s, Italian Caesar Cardini immigrated to the United States. In order to escape the prohibition of alcohol in the United States, he ran to the border between the United States and Mexico to open a restaurant. One night, when the restaurant was about to close, a large group of guests suddenly arrived. The ingredients in the kitchen were almost exhausted after a day's operation, leaving only lettuce and bread. Caesar Cardini is eager to learn from wisdom, and plays this salad at the guests' table in a dramatic way. He lifted the raw egg above his head and smashed it. The egg fell into a salad bowl like a free fall. The smashed egg yolk perfectly blended with olive oil and lemon. Then he magically combined the lettuce and oil toast. .... The guests were full of praise after eating. Repeated customers came to the restaurant to order this salad again, so Caesar Salad was officially on the restaurant's menu. Today, Caesar Salad is one of the most famous salads in the world and is known as the "King of Salads." Li Xin demonstrated in the video one by one the various ingredients and seasoning methods of authentic Caesar salad.
