1. Ingredients: medium shrimp-300G, egg-1 piece, butter, evaporated milk, curry bay leaves-moderate amount

2. Shell the shrimp, remove the shrimp intestines, wash and drain to remove water.

3. Marinate the shrimp for ten minutes with cornflour and salt.

4. Add the shrimp to the beaten egg mixture.

5. Heat the oil in a pan, add the shrimps and fry them until half-cooked, remove the excess oil and set aside.

6. Melt the butter in a pot.

7. Pour in the shrimp and curry leaves and stir fry evenly.

8. Add an appropriate amount of evaporated milk.

9. Turn to low heat and stir fry.

10. Pour in the egg mixture and stir-fry quickly evenly.
