The Simplest Meatball Soup

1. Slice green onion and ginger, spinach into small pieces, and mince coriander.

2. To prepare meatballs, I use quick-frozen meatballs bought in supermarkets. Generally, any kind of meatballs can be found in supermarkets.

3. Put oil in the pot

4. Heat the oil, put down the green onion and ginger

5. Then add spinach and stir fry

6. Boil water in a pot

7. Put the balls

8. Add salt and chicken essence to taste

9. Put two drops of sesame oil out of the pot to finish

Tips:

This meatball soup is very simple. If you don’t like spinach, you can replace it with enoki mushrooms.
