Thick Avocado Milk

Prepare ingredients avocado, milk, pudding

Remember to choose the "black ripe" avocado~ like the one on the right

There are big seeds inside it~

Peel and remove seeds and throw it into the blender (I throw a whole one, I was wrong, it should be half)

Pudding is also thrown in (I throw 3/4 of the big one) personally think it’s too sweet...: the small one is just right

Pour in water and half of the blue bird milk and beat it into a paste

Tips:
When choosing avocado, choose black, which has a stronger and sweeter taste, and tastes better when refrigerated.
