Thick Egg Braised with Olive Vegetables

Beat three eggs in a bowl, add olive vegetables

Stir evenly, grease the pan with oil, preferably a non-stick pan

Pour in one-third of the egg liquid, solidify slightly, and roll up one side

Roll it into a long strip to the right side of the pan, then pour one third of the egg liquid, roll it up from the side of the strip, and roll it to the left

Then pour in the remaining egg liquid, roll it up from the side of the long strip, and then roll it into a long strip.
