Thick Soup Bao Sansu Rice Cake

1. Ingredients: fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed), spinach (washed), small oil tofu, rice cake slices, thick soup treasure

2. Put the washed spinach and cleaned fresh mushrooms on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

3. Put the soup treasure in a pot of clear water and turn it to a boil.

4. Next, add the small oil tofu and the cut fresh mushrooms to a boil and cook for 1 minute.

5. Then, stir in the rice cake slices and the cut spinach and bring to a boil.

6. Finally, cook for half a minute, and serve.
