Thick Soup Treasure

First prepare all the ingredients, as shown in the picture below. Tips: one carrot, one celery, three lemons, one ginger, eight chicken feet, and two pork bones.

Then wash the chicken feet and pork bones, as shown in the figure below.

Then put it in the pot and add cold water, as shown in the picture below.

Then bring to a boil and cook for three minutes, as shown in the picture below.

Then, after the water is boiled, simmer for three hours on low heat, without the need to cover the pot.

Then filter out the clean broth, as shown in the picture below.

Then pour it into a pot over high heat to collect the juice, and boil it to 1/3 of the original broth.

Then pour the broth into an ice tray or other mold, as shown in the picture below.
