Thin Fried Spring Rolls

The lean minced meat is marinated with a small amount of grass fruit powder, salt and light soy sauce;

Wash the spring bamboo shoot cores, cut into cubes and set aside;

Wash and dice the leeks, carrots and bean sprouts;

Add a small amount of cooking oil to the pot. When the oil temperature is 7 or 8 minutes hot, add the marinated lean meat, stir fry, and add a small amount of cooking wine during the process;

Re-add a small amount of cooking oil to the pot, add the diced bamboo shoots, diced carrots and leeks that have just been prepared, and stir fry;

Add bean sprouts and stir fry together;

Pour in the fried minced meat and stir-fry until 8 or 9 are mature, and serve.

Spread out a spring roll wrapper, scoop the filling on one side of the spring roll wrapper with a spoon, and arrange it into long strips;

Roll the spring roll wrapper from bottom to top to a 1/4 position from the top, and then fold the left and right sides inward respectively, and then continue to roll up;

The folded spring rolls are shown in the picture; repeat the above actions until all the spring rolls are rolled;

Change the pan, add a little cooking oil, just a thin layer, add the spring rolls one by one and fry them slowly. Be careful to turn them with chopsticks during the cooking process. When both sides of the spring rolls are browned, they can be out of the pan;

Put oil-absorbent paper inside the dish to absorb excess oil, and pair it with a cup of black coffee to make it crispy and greasy.

It can be used as a dish or directly as a staple food, so that you can eat all your love for spring in your stomach!
Tips:
Traditional spring rolls are relatively greasy, and eating more may increase the burden on the body. There are three solutions:
1. The minced pork can be as lean as possible, or replaced with minced chicken breast;
2. Change from frying to frying, only a small amount of cooking oil is required;
3. Eating with black coffee can effectively relieve greasy and accelerate fat decomposition.
