Tips:
1. After the cake is spreading, you can put the scraper parallel to the bottom of the cake, and at the same time slowly rotate the decorating table to remove the cake;
2. At the beginning of the production, I wanted to smooth the cake embryo directly with the cream after the toning. But then I gave up. After all, the pigment is not very good, and it may feel dull, so I slack off and use the method of random application, which is more natural;
3. A total of 4 kinds of pigments are used, the picture is as follows, the brown branch part, the cocoa powder used for color adjustment;
4. Font. The track and tunnel are directly squeezed with melted chocolate. The tunnel is drawn directly on the border paper, and put on the drip after solidification;
