Thousand Vegetable Salad Rolls

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash all the ingredients. Thousand sheets are cut into small pieces; carrots are peeled and cut into small pieces; enoki mushroom petals are cut into small pieces; cabbage is cut into small pieces.

Boil appropriate amount of water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and corn oil to the pot, boil the thousand sheets for a few minutes after the water is boiled, and then drain the water for later use.

Boil the carrots and drain them.

Then blanch the cabbage.

Finally, blanch the enoki mushrooms.

Roll up all the thousand sheets and put them on a plate, drizzle with some Kewpie salad sauce and roast them with sesame flavor.
Tips:
1. Thousand sheets are a little harder, and blanching takes a few minutes longer than other vegetables.
