Thousands of Spinach Rolls

The thousand pieces bought back are scalded with boiled water with salt. It can get rid of the beany smell of thousands of sheets, and also remove the impurities and bacteria.

The spinach is blanched in salted boiling water and then cooled and squeezed out.

Add a little spinach to the squeezed spinach and it's very delicious.

Add a little sesame pepper oil.

Add cooked sesame seeds (better white ones, I don’t have them anymore)

Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

Take a thousand sheets and spread them out, sandwich the mixed spinach one by one and spread it evenly.

The roll is rolled up from one end and rolled up tightly.
9.
Cut into inch segments.
10.
Bund up with spinach.

Serve on a plate.
Tips:
1. Don't cut the spinach into sections after blanching, it's easy to pack it up.
2. The sesame oil is fried by me with Chinese pepper and dried red pepper. It is slightly numb and spicy. If you don't like it, you can use sesame oil instead.
