Three-color Egg

Separate the white and yolk of the raw egg.

Peel the shells of two pineapple eggs.
3.
Cut the songhua egg into small pieces.
4.
Peel the salted duck eggs from their shells.

Remove the egg whites, take only the egg yolk, and cut the duck egg yolk into small pieces. (My duck eggs are not suitable, the yellow is looser, oily and not forming).

Brush a layer of oil on the inner wall of the container, and put in duck egg yolk and songhua egg cubes.

Add the egg whites of the eggs to the container.

Put it in a steamer and steam for seven or eight minutes until set.

Stir the egg yolks and pour them into the container.

Continue to steam for four or five minutes until set.

Take it out and release it upside down. If it is not good, use a toothpick to carefully draw a circle.
12.
Cut into slices or other shapes you like.
13.
You can eat as soon as you serve it.
