Three-color Fried Diced Fish

1. Prepare the materials first;

2. Debone and dice fish pieces, add egg white, salt and starch, mix well and sizing;

3. Put the green beans into boiling water and take them out to drain;

4. Cut red pepper into small pieces; cut green onion into small pieces; slice ginger; wash ginkgo in boiling water;
