Three-color Fried Diced Fish

Prepare the materials first;

Debone and dice fish pieces, add egg white, salt and starch, mix well and sizing;

Cut red pepper into small pieces; cut green onion into small pieces; slice ginger; wash ginkgo in boiling water;
