Three-color Pudding
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
The pumpkin and purple potato are peeled and steamed in a pot for about 15 minutes. After steaming, take them out and press them into puree for later use. Beat the eggs and set aside.
3.
Add 1/3 of the egg liquid to the pumpkin puree and purple potato puree and mix well. If the purple sweet potato is dry, add 30 grams of milk and mix well.
4.
Stir the remaining milk and egg liquid evenly and prepare, sieve again and set aside.
5.
Prepare a bowl or heat-resistant mold, fill the purple potato mash, and shake it gently.
6.
Add pumpkin puree and smooth with a small spoon.
7.
Pour the milk and egg mixture.
8.
Cover the lid or seal the holes with plastic wrap, steam for 20 minutes and simmer for 2 minutes.
Tips:
1. Don't open the lid of the steamed pudding in a hurry, simmer for a while and wait for the temperature to drop a little before taking it out of the pot, so that the surface will not become unsightly due to the cooling.
2. Cover the lid to prevent too much air from entering during the steaming process.
