Ingredients

Three-color Side Dish

1. Ingredients: celery, carrots, peanuts, edible salt, tempeh sauce, tools: 1 colander, 1 vegetable mixing container, 1 kitchen knife

2. Dice carrots and celery, then boil water, add celery and carrots, sprinkle some salt in the water, soak the carrots and celery for a little taste, boil for 2 minutes (the carrots can also be left unboiled), then remove .

3. Boil the peanuts in water for 5-8 minutes (add some salt to the water according to the taste you like), then remove.

4. Put the boiled celery, peanuts, and carrots in a container (note: keep the water clean) and add tempeh sauce to mix.

Tips:

If you can't finish it all at once, you can mix a part of it without the tempeh sauce, put it in the fresh-keeping box and store it in the refrigerator, and mix it when you eat it. This side dish can be refrigerated and tastes fresher before eating.
