Three-color Steamed Egg

Prepare all materials.

Cut the salted duck egg and preserved egg into small pieces, mix them and put them in a steaming box brushed with salad oil. I use a Locker lunch box with a layer of salad oil, so that it is easy to demould later.

Break up the 4 eggs and pour them directly into the steaming box, just to submerge the salted duck eggs and preserved eggs.

Cover the steaming box with plastic wrap and pierce a few holes with toothpicks.

Put it in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes, let cool and remove from the mold, then slice and cut into pieces.
