Three-color Steamed Egg

Cut the pineapple eggs into small pieces and put them in a container lined with tin foil.

Cut the ham sausage on top of the egg.
3.
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
4.
Pour the egg whites into the container.
5.
Put it in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
6.
The egg whites set after 20 minutes.
7.
Beat the egg yolks on top of the egg whites and steam for ten minutes in a steamer.
8.
Take out the steamed egg and remove the tin foil to let cool.
9.
Mix the seafood soy sauce, chili oil, and rice vinegar into a sauce.
10.
Slice the steamed egg, dip it in the sauce and eat it.
