Bean Sprouts in Soup

Prepare the required materials and wash the bean sprouts

Wash and dice red peppers, dice preserved eggs and slice garlic

Tips:
The bean sprouts do not need to be cooked for too long and too cooked. They do not taste good when cooked for too long. Water starch should not be added too much, too much soup will thicken.
