Three-color Whitebait Omelette

Prepare these ingredients. After the whitebait is washed, drain it for later use.

Wash the red cayenne pepper, cut it in half, remove the stalk, and dice a part of it.

Yellow color pepper is treated in the same way.

Wash the mushrooms and dice.

Beat the eggs into egg mixture, add 1/2 spoon of salt, and mix well.

Pour a spoonful of oil into the pot, heat it up, add colored peppers and mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat.

When the vegetable cubes begin to change color, add the washed and drained whitebait, stir fry, and add the remaining half a spoon of salt to taste.
8.
After the whitebait changes color, pour in the egg mixture and fry it into an omelet shape over medium-high heat.
