I watched a variety show a few days ago, and I remembered that I haven't made three cups of chicken for a long time~ This is how I learnt with Fry. "

Three Cups Chicken

1. Wash the basil leaves and cut the green onion into pieces for later use.

2. Cut the onion, ginger, and garlic into sections for later use.

3. Wash the chicken thighs after thawing.

4. Cut the chicken thighs off.

5. Cut into pieces for later use.

6. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

7. Add the chicken and stir fry until the color changes.

8. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, cooking wine and soy sauce into the pot. Add a little rock sugar and fuel consumption, don't add a drop of water, add the chopped green onion and basil leaves.

9. Collect the juice over high heat, and stir evenly with some sesame oil before it comes out of the pot~

Tips:

Normal three cups of chicken use rice wine, but if there is no rice wine, use cooking wine instead~
