Three Cups Chicken

Wash and chop tender chicken into pieces, slice ginger and garlic.

Tips:
1. The so-called three-cup chicken usually refers to 1 cup of rice wine, 1 cup of soy sauce, and 1 cup of sesame oil. (The sesame oil refers to that kind of sesame oil. Some places where you have your own preparations refer to sesame oil). Below, the amount of 3/4 cup is more in line with health requirements, so here is not limited to the previous example.
2. The restaurant sometimes adjusts the amount of 1 cup of rice wine to half of rice wine and half of Shaoxing wine to enhance the taste of three cups of chicken. You can also try it if you don’t want to prevent it.
