Three-dimensional Love Melaleuca Cake
1.
Preliminary preparation: Draw the shape of the love you want, the size of each layer, and cut out the corresponding pieces of paper and mark the number of layers; and cut into small pieces of paper with scissors.
2.
Prepare all materials;
3.
Insulated water melts butter;
4.
Knock the eggs into the basin and stir to disperse, add sugar and beat until melted;
5.
Add one third of the milk and mix well;
6.
Sift in low-gluten flour and stir evenly;
7.
Add the remaining milk and mix well;
8.
Sieve at least 2 times;
9.
Pour in the melted butter and stir well;
10.
Preheat the Melaleuca pan, scoop a spoonful of batter and pour it into the pan;
11.
After a little setting, pour out the excess batter, and fry it until the crust is blistered; Note: Pour out the excess batter is the key to the thin crust, so be sure to pay attention to the batter setting state;
12.
Use a spatula to scrape the edges of the pie crust, buckle and release, and cover with wet gauze (plastic wrap)
13.
Repeat the pancake crust operation; then press the crust into the same shape with mousse ring (no requirements for the shape of the finished product can be ignored)
14.
Put whipped cream in the basin, add granulated sugar, and whip the whipped cream to eighth, with small upright corners;
15.
Take out a small amount of cream and color it; I adjusted the three basic colors and then mixed them into other colors in pairs;
16.
Lay out a pie crust, smear whipped cream, then take another pie crust and spread it, repeat to the third pie crust; put the corresponding layer of paper in the middle of the crust, sift a thin layer of powdered sugar, Take out the paper sheet, smear the toner-free paper sheet with toning cream in the middle, smear the rest with white cream, and repeat the above operation; finally, smear the surface with cream for decoration.
Tips:
1. Please sift the batter many times to prevent the dough particles;
2. Please stir the batter evenly for the pancake crust. Pay attention to the heat when frying. If the temperature is too high, it will burn black, and if it is too low, it will not be easy to form;
3. The paste is thinner in the preparation, and a thinner crust can be made. If you like a thicker crust, you can properly add flour;
4. Please take out the milk to room temperature in advance, because milk with a low degree of milk is easy to re-granulate the melted butter, which is not easy to operate.
