Three Fresh Oyster Sauce Fried Rice

                                Prepare fresh shiitake mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, and sausages. Wash them separately and cut into cubes for later use.

                                Heat oil in a pan, add the diced sausage and fry until fragrant, add the diced mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry until cooked.

                                Pour in the leftover rice, stir-fry, add salt to taste, add the diced cucumber, stir-fry for a while and add the finest oyster sauce.

                                Stir-fry evenly, sprinkle in chopped green onion, mix well, turn off the heat and leave the pot.
