Three Fresh Tofu Pot

Wash and slice bacon, soak black fungus, soak dried shrimp, slice tofu, wash green garlic, remove shell and slice spring bamboo shoots

Fry tofu on 2 sides until slightly golden

Put water in a pot to boil, add spring bamboo shoots and blanch them, remove and drain

Pour water in the pot again, add dried shrimp, bacon, black fungus, and simmer for 15 minutes
5.
Add tofu, spring bamboo shoots and continue to simmer for 5 minutes
6.
Add the cut green garlic and red pepper, boil for one minute, (if you think it is not salty enough, you can add a little salt appropriately, I didn't add it)
