Three Fresh Tofu with Sauce

Peel off the shells of the fresh shrimp, pick out the shrimp thread, wash and cut into small pieces

Dice mushrooms and carrots, shred ginger, cut rice with pepper, and cut green onions

Take out Japanese tofu, cut one into five pieces, take one egg and beat it up, add a little salt to the egg liquid to taste

Put Japanese tofu in the egg mixture, wrap it in a thin layer, and fry it in the pan until golden brown

After frying, take it out and drain the oil and put it on the plate for later use

Re-start the pan and heat the oil, add the ginger and sauté fragrant, then add the diced carrots and stir fry for a while

Add shrimp, shiitake mushrooms and red pepper and stir fry together

Stir-fry until the shrimp changes color and add some salt to taste

Add a half bowl of broth and simmer for a while

Add an appropriate amount of water and starch to make a thin layer. When the soup becomes thicker and less, start the pot and pour it on the pre-fried tofu.
