Three Shrimp Worshiping The Moon

Do not peel off the tail tip of the shrimp after removing the head and skin.

Cut the shrimp from the back, remove the shrimp line, and poke a small hole through which the tail can go through at 1/2 of the shrimp body. Don't poke it too big.

Pass the tail through the hole.

Open the shrimp tail, the final shape is like this.

Put a little white pepper, a little sugar, salt, a little cooking wine, and ginger and marinate for five minutes.

Cut the carrot into 2mm thick slices and press out the same circle with a mold.

A piece of lactone tofu, cut into 1.2-1.5 cm thick slices. Don't be too thick! You can use jade tofu, which is very convenient.

Pour it on the steamed shrimp.
Tips:
1. Live shrimp must be used for shrimp! The taste of jelly is worse.
2. You can use jade tofu.
