Three-wire Whitebait Soup

1. Wash the whitebait with cooking wine and salt and mix well

2. Shred shiitake mushrooms and carrots, cut green onions into sections, spread eggs into cakes and cut into shreds

3. Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms and carrots in a frying pan

4. Put it in boiling water and boil

5. Put the whitebait, put the salt

6. Put water starch after boiling

Tips:

The water starch should not be too thick.
